This course satisfies the statutory requirements for parents who are involved in a modification or custody case in which there is an existing court ordered parenting plan.

Some information covered in this class is:

How to improve your communication and set good communication boundaries that will reduce conflict between family members.
How intimate partner abuse and unresolved parental conflict may impact children.
How to implement safety plans for you and your children.
How to exchange your children safely and reduce conflict.
Use of effective communication techniques and protocols.
How to develop parenting plan to address safety issues that might include, alcohol or drug abuse, and mental health issues.
Referrals for community resources.
